How does Aira ASL work?

1. Download and install the Aira ASL application on a compatible device.
2. Open the app and press the “Call Aira” button to initiate a connection.
3. An ASL interpreter will answer your call and assist you in completing your desired task. You can position your device to sign or hold it in one hand while signing with the other. The interpreter facilitates communication by translating spoken words into signs via video and signing responses through their own signing skills, while voicing what is signed, ensuring effective two-way communication.
4. Once your task is complete, simply end the call.
5. You can reconnect at any time—Aira ASL is available 24/7/365 with no prior scheduling required. Access to professional ASL interpreting is available whenever needed, on your terms.
